ECHO

When I heard the brief “Echo,” I immediately thought of being a kid and yelling into a conch shell. A nostalgic sound of summer visits to my friends’ beach houses. Surfing and paddleboarding with them became moments of laughter, vulnerability, and connection, where echoes of voices and music from the shore shaped our shared memories. To me, echoes symbolize relationships. The energy we give returns to us, so this project became a love letter to my friends and family who continue to make me feel loved and grounded, no matter how much life changes.
